Branch In-Charge - Micro Lending

Job Role :

Responsible for Business generation under JLG Loan. Maintaining productivity & profitability of the Branch for all products. Responsible for achieving the set target of disbursement and cross selling products for the branch. Spearheading the Sales and responsible for Revenue Generation and Client Servicing for the branch Defining business targets and developing strategies for market penetration across various segments, for improvising the business of the organization. Leading a team of competent sales & recovery executives, providing them training, guidance and motivation to enhance their quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilties: Performing risk analysis and deciding the quantum of loan based on the borrowers' credit score. Performing critical analysis of financial risks, preparing appraisal reports to support the credit lending decisions. Identifying potential default cases and employing proactive measures to ensure that they do not become NPA. Ensure that the quality of portfolio remains the paramount by maintaining zero PAR. Timely collections and disbursement in the branch. Analyzing delinquent accounts on a case to case basis, developing strategies to recover the dues and offering debt counseling to facilitate them in settling the dues. Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time. Monitoring performance of Branch. Strategize and enable process for employee Retention.

Preferred candidate profile : Graduate with 4-8 years of experience (1-4 yrs of experience in team handling) Strong Inter-personal and communication skills. Ability to set & manage targets/budgets. Demonstrated ability in sales planning. High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.
