Job Description: Digital Data Analyst

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Data Analyst to join our team. The

ideal candidate will specialize in interpreting and transforming complex digital data into

actionable business insights. This role demands a strong foundation in data analytics, a

passion for numbers, and an understanding of digital platforms and customer behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze data from various digital platforms including websites,

social media, etc.

2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide stakeholders with

real-time insights.

3. Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, and customer journey

to identify trends and opportunities.

4. Utilize predictive analytics and modeling to forecast digital performance and

customer behavior.

5. Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to implement data-driven

improvements and strategies.

6. Ensure robust data collection methods, including tag management and event

tracking.

7. Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

8. Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitive analysis to improve website

performance.

9. Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure best practices are

implemented during website development or redesign projects.

10. Conduct regular audits to ensure website health, identify technical issues, and

implement solutions for improved performance.

11. Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best

practices to proactively recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adwords, Search

Console, Screaming frog or similar platforms.

2. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, or Looker.

3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

4. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and customer acquisition metrics.
