Working experience in Supplier Quality /Process Quality /Customer Quality f

Good Knowledge of PFD/PFMEA/PPAP/problem solving tools

Incumbent will be responsible for leading ECD(Small domestic appliances, Personal Grooming, fan, water Heater etc) FG Product field failure analysis, resolution, Supplier Development and NPIP activities.

Experience Required-Min 5 Yrs

Product Category- Small Domestic Appliances-Dry /Steam Iron, OTG, Rice cooker, Kettle, Mixer Grinder , Personal Grooming, Kitchen appliances-Chimney/Gas Stove etc

Experience Companies- LG, Hair, Samsung, Philips, Panasonic,

Key Skills Required-

1.Knowledge of Technical Review, APQP, PFD, DFMEA & PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP

2.End to End Supplier Management Supplier Selection to Supplier maintenance and Supplier Upgradation

3.Problem Solving Skills-8D, DMAIC etc

4.Good Communication Skills
