PivotRoots - A Havas Company is looking for Bills Receivable executive for Finance Team.

Job Description :

Bills Receivable:

• Customer Invoice Raising:
  • Generate accurate and timely customer invoices based on contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure invoices are aligned with company pricing, policies, and terms.
• Customer Onboarding:
  • Oversee the customer onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless setup in the system.
  • Verify customer creditworthiness and compliance with internal credit policies.
• Ledger Reconciliation:
  • Perform regular reconciliation of customer-related ledgers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of outstanding balances.
  • Address discrepancies promptly to maintain clean records.
• Maintain MIS Report on Receivables:
  • Prepare and maintain an MIS report on outstanding balances from customers.
  • Track and follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely collection and resolution of payment issues.
• GST Filing:
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and maintain accurate records for audits.
• Process Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and financial guidelines in all billing-related activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience of 1-3 years in bills payable and receivable, vendor management, and customer invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
