We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our General Manager in a leading construction company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel across India as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the GMs schedule, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for both domestic and international trips.
Communication Management: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain important records.
Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the GM and various departments, ensuring smooth coordination.
Event & Meeting Management: Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive business information with utmost confidentiality.
Task Prioritization: Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks as per urgency and importance.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Flexibility to travel across India as per the GMs requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle work pressure.
Professional and presentable demeanour.
