Job Purpose
Uncovering key consumer insights especially to enable access for premium brands. This is life insights nuances (based on life stage, geography etc) of the access consumer, understanding their key drivers, choices etc.
Understanding HCP insights by specialty and different consumer journeys via HCPs for our relevant need states
Understanding key industry trends - how health care is shaping, impact of macroeconomics on consumer behaviour, impact of global trends on local consumer decisions
Working on consumer insight for white space unmet need states for validating proposed pipeline: new concepts, right to win, size of prize etc.
Key performance effectiveness measurement with different parts of org analytics
Additionally, I would love work on Gen Z as another consumer cohort for life insights
Key responsibilities
Delivering core growth insights - Industry trends, drivers of key consumer cohorts, key white space need spaces for developing portfolio growth strategy
Deliver winning concepts for aligned launch pipeline in partnership with the marketing team
Shape the innovation pipeline for non OHC categories based on consumer insights, in partnership with the marketing and RD teams
Deliver HCP roadmap for growth - content innovation - based on HCP insights by specialty
Integrate organization wide analytics for holistic understanding of business performance
Shape the key drivers for strengthening business performance based on business analytics insights
Qualifications and skills
15+ years of experience in strategic insights with proven track record of shaping successful innovation pipeline
Extensive experience in consumer insights with a view on mid term strategic drivers for growth
Experience of business analytics insights for building holistic business view
Ability to shape innovation pipeline, align senior stakeholders and work with external partners
Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
