Develop and optimise Performance and Learning workflows and procedures to streamline and enhance consumer experience.
Serve as the subject matter expert for these processes, providing guidance, support to People Services, HRBPs and Centre of Excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBP, Centre of Excellence, People Services, business, Risk and Compliance teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and Haleon s policies in the execution of recruitment processes.
Establish best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
