Regional Manager - Sales - B2C (7-13 yrs)

For a European MNC, we're looking for a B2C Sales Specialist with 8-12 years of market experience.

Important to Know-How:

- Manage a team of 4-6 direct reports with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.

- Handle B2C sales - focusing on dealer distribution in metro markets.

- Skilled in account management, problem-solving, and budget management.

- Proficient in working with Salesforce "Engage" for customer relationship management and GTM Strategy.

- Promote diversity and exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Should have the attitude for learning, articulative and proactive

Preferred Candidates:

- BE/B. Tech (Any) and MBA (Sales/Marketing or any relevant fields)

- Industry expertise in Paints, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Automobiles, or Auto Ancillary sectors.
