AVP / CGM - Projects (Project Head Role)

1. Develop a detailed project plan, including budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate with government agencies, consultants, and contractors for approvals and compliance.
3. Oversee day-to-day execution of the project, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
4. Resolve site-related challenges, including land acquisition, disputes, and coordination with local authorities.
5. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
6. Track project expenses, control costs, and report financial status to higher authorities.
7. Handle financial planning, funding approvals, and risk mitigation.

8. Ensure the project adheres to government regulations, environmental laws, and safety norms.

9. Identify project risks and develop contingency plans.
