Job Description
- Your responsibility includes but not limited to purchasing and maintenance of office supplies, facility, occupational health & safety, security, vendor management, sample management, event management, expatriate administration etc.
- You have the ownership to maintain smooth operations by securing the best deal and excellent customer service through liaising with internal & external stake holders.
- You deliver on the responsibilities you have ownership for by living our values every day. You are flexible and customer-centric, with the ability to collaborate and build good relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. You have the sense of planning and prioritization, so you can handle urgent tasks and manage different stakeholders.
- You have proactive approach to identify potential problems and come up with multiple solutions You have the courage to accept new challenges and grow yourself through constant learning and exploration.
- You will closely work with Administration & Security Manager in both small- and large-scale projects to improve operations and streamline procedures.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience managing administrative activities in corporate environments.
