Sr Finance Analyst

Education: CA qualified only

We are seeking qualified candidates who are highly motivated with a drive to excel and learn, to join our team and handle the below responsibilities:

The role would be a mix of Financial reporting and consolidation, planning and analysis and multi-currency accounting with opportunities to engage actively on multiple challenging client assignments. The candidate would be closely mentored by experienced CAs and senior professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare GAAP compliant financial statements for different geographies, multi-currency and multi-entity reporting while maintaining the highest quality, reliability, and accuracy.

- Manage monthly closing process and review monthly P&L and Balance Sheet

- Provide year-end audit support

- Review variance analysis, root cause analysis and preparation of various MIS reports, for functional and financial areas for various clients

- Perform detailed profitability analysis, segment reporting, utilization analysis, , complex financial statements preparation and consolidation for corporates

- Tasks related to delivery of finance solutions including financial analysis and reporting functions for clients

- Assist in Forecasting and budgeting activities

- Preparation of presentation decks for board meetings, management review meetings

Skills Required:

- Expertise in accounting concepts and standards with focus on financial reporting

- Ability to lead, train and supervise junior accounting team members and verify their work.

- Expertise in Advance Excel with formulas, pivots and Macros

- Self-starter with strong analytical and logical skills.

- Excellent communication Skills both written and verbal

- Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines

- Ability to interact directly with MNC clients

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment.
