Responsibilities :
Project Leadership :
- Oversee all aspects of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from planning and initiation to execution, deployment, and post-go-live support.
S/4HANA Expertise :
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities and capabilities to effectively manage project scope, timelines, and resources.
Proven Project Management :
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful project management experience, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Stakeholder Management :
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Team Collaboration :
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.
Change Management :
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure user adoption and maximize the benefits of the new SAP S/4HANA system.
Testing & Training :
- Oversee comprehensive testing of the SAP S/4HANA system before go-live, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Develop and manage training programs for end users to enhance their proficiency with the new system.
Risk Management :
- Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements :
Project Management Experience :
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the SAP environment.
SAP S/4HANA Expertise :
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionalities, configuration, and best practices.
- Prior experience with SAP ECC is a plus.
Project Management Skills :
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Communication Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership Skills :
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
Change Management :
- Understanding of change management principles and experience in implementing successful change initiatives
