Description:
- We are looking for an experienced HR and Admin Manager to oversee our HR and administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement, as well as excellent administrative skills to manage office operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage office administration tasks including facilities management, vendor management, and logistics.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR and Administration roles, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with performance management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
