Assistant Product Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Facilitate discussions to capture and articulate business needs in detail.
• Translate these requirements into documentation that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand.
• Conduct workshops or interviews with stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and collect feedback.
• Document and prioritize requirements based on feasibility and business impact.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define wireframes and workflows.
• Create and deliver training materials for internal and external users.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth product adoption and usage.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a product roadmap.
• Ensure timely delivery by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and resolving roadblocks.
• Coordinate launches, ensuring readiness across all involved teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 3+ years of experience in SAAS product lifecycle management.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders internal as well as external stakeholders.
• Fair knowledge of agile processes & implementation.
• Hands-on experience of agile product management tools.
• Product support- training & query resolution
• Detailed understanding of banking tools- Loan Origination Systems, Loan Management Systems, Collection stacks.
• Consumer behavior analysis & research.
• Ability to understand the business requirement & transform into user stories
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal). You will have to inspire a lot as people will look up to you for product vision!
