MEP Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Scheduling and Budgeting for work and Equipment procurement 

      BOQ Drafting, Quantity estimation, rate analysis with DAR/ market, in depth knowledge of
costing for services works.

      360 degree Site supervision for MEP works from Client side

      Drawings coordination with architect, consultant and erection agency.

      Checking data sheets for MEP Equipment, carrying out predelivery inspection and
coordination with agencies

      Responsible for MEP work progress and resolution of interfacing conflicts 

      Compliance to quality standards

      Billing/ Bill checking of contractor

      Contract administration and communication

      Identification of bottlenecks and resolving the same in advance

60 degree Site supervision for MEP works 

      Strong follow up with agencies on daily basis for work progress

      Checking data sheets for MEP Equipment, attending inspection and coordination with
package agencies

      Responsible for MEP work progress at site 

      Compliance to quality standards

      Billing/ Bill checking of contractors

      Identification of bottlenecks and resolving the same in advance
