About the role

Job Profile

Passing month end accounting entries in SAP and support in monthly closing activities.

Processing PO / Non-PO related invoices for Corporate Functions.

Co-ordination with Insurance companies & Brokers for renewal & compliances for various insurance policies.

Review of Corporate Trial Balance and Knocking off.

Balance confirmation of all group companies along with Inter-company reconciliations, if any.

Tracking of Actual costs against the Budgeted cost for Corporate.

Physical verification of Fixed Assets for Corporate and Co-ordination with other GAVL BU's for physical verification of Fixed Assets & Inventory for Audit purpose.

Preparation of Related Party Statements, Fixed Asset schedule and various other schedules for

Quarter/Year end audit.

Support in Quarter/Year end Audit and Preparation of Annual Report.

Support in various XBRL filings for submission to the Statutory Authorities.

Support in various initiatives taken for Digital Finance/Automation projects.


Who are we looking for?

Education:

CA Inter


Experience:

4-5 years of relevant work experience.

Skills:

Well versed in SAP Module (FICO)
Knowledge of statutory dues like PF, PT, GST, TDS, etc.
Good Analytical skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft office like MS Excel, MS Word, MS powerpoint, etc.
