Head - Communication (6-10 yrs)

Role Overview:

The Head of Communications will be responsible for leading the company's internal and external communication strategies, enhancing brand visibility, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, PR, and digital communication expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to strengthen brand positioning.

- Manage public relations, media outreach, and crisis communication strategies.

- Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment with company vision, culture, and values.

- Lead social media, digital marketing, and content strategy to enhance audience engagement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership teams, and external agencies for brand storytelling and corporate messaging.

- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, newsletters, reports, and executive messaging.

- Manage corporate reputation, crisis response, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

- Proven experience in corporate communications, PR, or digital marketing.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

- Knowledge of content creation, digital platforms, and media analytics tools.

- Crisis communication and reputation management experience is a plus.
