Junior Manager - Finance & Accounts

JOB PURPOSE

Responsibility for timely and accurately creating wbs in SAP, monitoring of Capex, Assistant in Cost Accounts and submission of related Various MIS.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Yearly Capex Budgeting and its monitoring
1. New WBS creation and Budget transfer as per the user request, ensure WBS is as per approved budget.
2. Review of all capex NFA to ensure that the details (cost center, budget allocated, utilized, available) is in accordance with AOP. Check whether the proposed expense can be capitalized in accordance with IND-AS
3. Reporting of Negative WBS and identify the reasons in co-ordination with the user and SSC team.
4. Closure of WBS where the work is completed or on hold

Accurate and Timely Completion

CWIP current status update and capitalization
1. Analysis of Old CWIP, follow up with users for submission of CCN and ensure capitalization.
2. Reminder to all departments for status of current year CWIP

Follow up and coordination to ensure completion of Job

Provisional GST Capitalization.
Revise budgeting in SAP and Adjustment Journal entry for transfer.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• Annual revenue budget for more than Rs. 2000 Crs turnover.
• Capex budget Rs. 200 Crs per annum.

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• Multiple MIS reporting for regulatory and internal purposes.
• Cost Accounting Experience.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant (CA/ICWA) or MBA from premier institute
• Commerce Graduate (B. Com)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 1-4 years of experience with atleast 2 years experience in domain function
