Job Description: CRM Manager Location -Raipur

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience, specializing in SAP and Microsoft CRM systems. The ideal candidate will also have an MBA and Six Sigma Black Belt certification. You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong track record of optimizing business processes and CRM strategies. As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving our CRM systems, enhancing customer relationships, and driving business efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM solutions align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP and Microsoft CRM systems to improve customer interactions and internal processes.
• Lead and manage CRM-related projects, ensuring integration with other enterprise systems aligns with business needs.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues, driving process improvements across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CRM tools meet business goals and improve customer experience.
• Provide leadership, training, and ongoing support for CRM users within the organization.
• Analyze CRM data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in CRM management, with expertise in SAP and Microsoft CRM systems.
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
