Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PMO for Project Executions to oversee project execution and delivery for Electric and Transmission Industries Project Processes at GMMCO. The PMO Executions Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project completion within defined constraints.

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager,

• To Plan, execute, and monitor project activities in alignment with project goals and objectives.
• To manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.
• To coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• To identify and mitigate project risks and issues; implement corrective actions as needed.
• To monitor project progress and performance against key milestones and deliverables.
• To prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• To foster a collaborative and productive team environment within the PMO.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within Electric and Transmission Industries Projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
• PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
