Gloify - Lead Generative AI Engineer - R/Python (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Manage Teams :

- Oversee and lead a team of engineers specializing in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Platform Development :

- Supervise the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for the KonProz GPT platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.

Technical Leadership :

- Drive technical innovation and ensure engineering practices adhere to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions align with broader business objectives.

AI/ML Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML, incorporating best practices into the platform's architecture and development.

Hands-on Coding & Mentorship: Occasionally contribute to code development and provide mentorship to the engineering team, ensuring skill development and alignment with project goals.

Deliver Scalable Solutions: Lead the team in delivering secure, scalable, and efficient software solutions, optimizing both frontend and backend performance.

Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Ensure the product complies with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, leveraging deep understanding of these sectors in India.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6-7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and relevant technologies, with

proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.

Must-have :

- Expertise in Python.

Preferred :

- Experience with Java, Go, R.

- Strong understanding of frontend technologies, particularly Next.js.

- Backend experience with Node.js.

- Familiarity with authentication systems like Auth0.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and databases such as Firestore.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and deployment processes.

- Good understanding of legal, tax, and regulatory requirements in India, and how they impact software solutions.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
