1.Ensure to be self-disciplined and to maintain good hygiene.

2. Achieve the daily and monthly targets with predefined quality parameters in accordance with the organizational goals.

3. Follow and implement company s policy safety, health and environmental policy.

4. Workout and execute daily and monthly requirements as and when necessary.

5. Train the subordinates.

6. Ensure to follow the cGMP and documentation procedures all over the work area.

7. Ensure to aim to achieve zero deviation and 100% utilization of the available resources (Manpower, machineries and budget)

8. Ensure a control on consumption of consumables and stationeries

9. Responsible for preparation submission of investigations related to Incidents (Production) / Risk Assessment /Deviations and change control on time

10. Update myself on the latest technologies related to pharmaceutical industries

11. Ensure to look forward and propose to simplify the process and to improve the machine performance.

12. Ensure to prepare the SOPs for the critical operations and equipment

13. Access to Microsoft word , Microsoft excel

14. Ensure to fulfil the other jobs which are instructed by the superiors and to accept any other requirements as per the organization need.

15. Provide approval for the destruction of the GxP Documents to be disposed on routine basis

16. Maintain Environment, Health and Safety system as per ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018.

17. To Perform SAP related Transactions

18. Usage of Aspire Learning Management System and Track-wise system .

19. Work area: Manufacturing of Solid Dosage Facility.- Coating and Inspection
