What you will be doing
As a Lead into Business finance Manager team, you will be partnering with business leaders across the organization. This candidate would collaborate across the teams and work around driving business economics, handling day to day financial operations, defining processes, Revenue tracking and strategies for commerce business.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure that financial statements are accurate and timely.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing data from different business units, helping to create financial projections.
Perform variance analysis to understand discrepancies between actual financial performance and budgeted/forecasted figures.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and insights that help in decision-making and business planning
Actively participate and drive organizational initiatives both from a functional perspective (e.g. Forecast transformation) and business perspective (e.g. productivity drives).
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies, helping to mitigate financial risks.
Working with IT/Revenue Operations/Controllership and group finance to define business requirements on new reporting
What do we expect
Master s degree in finance or Chartered Accountant
3-5 years of experience in Business Finance.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Expert Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Superset Dashboards, Tableau.
High Proficiency in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint Sales Force.
High level of integrity in dealing with highly confidential information and data
