The GE Vernova Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (inclusive of manufacturing sourcing materials and quality) functions at GE Vernova across the Wind and Electrification segments. Job Description

• Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
• Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement material flow)
• Technical ( quality lean manufacturing engineer / process engineer)

• Engineering master degrees. Supply chain masters degrees must have hands on manufacturing experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in India.
• Desire to stay in India post completion of the OMLP program.
• Overall GPA (or equivalent) greater than or equal to 3. 0/4. 0 (without rounding).
• Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate)
• No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience.
• Open to relocation (within home country. There are no international rotations).
• English fluency level.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: All CVs must be submitted in English to be considered.

• Prior intern or co-op experience in manufacturing and lean
• A major in Mechanical Industrial or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to solve problems in a team / manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with all levels of the organization innovation-driven customer-focused lean mindset team player and accountable
• A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/ supply chain
