Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical testing using GC, HPLC, UV techniques to ensure product quality.
- Develop and validate new methods for analysis of API samples.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve method validation issues.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products manufactured meet the required quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control Testing: Conduct physical and chemical testing of products, ensuring they meet all necessary criteria. Perform regular audits and inspections.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements to the quality control processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and review detailed quality records, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Training & Development: Provide training to team members on quality control procedures, standards, and new technologies. Ensure staff adhere to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, R&D, and other departments to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Complaint Investigation: Investigate customer complaints or quality issues and initiate corrective actions, including reporting findings and improvements.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA) and manage documentation.
- Lead Audits: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, as well as ensure that corrective actions are implemented promptly.
