Position: - Customer Support Executive
Candidate should be active on calls and mails.
Welcome call to be done.
Updates for Lease line delivery should be given to customer over calls and mails.
Updates to be taken from vendors.
End to end co-ordination for link delivery.
Acceptance of link delivery to be taken from customer and same to be updated and handover to NOC.
