Supervisor/Setter For Wickman, Traub & CNC Machine

Role & responsibilities

Individually New Part Development on All CNC, Traub & Wickman Machines.

Part Setting on CNC, Traub & Wickman Machines.

Machine Trouble Shooting & Inform to Maintenance department about machine breakdown or frequent failure through BD Slip.

Allocation of Manpower Planning for each work station at Start of Shift.

Ensure Work place safety, Health and Environment Ensure availability of Raw material & identification tag as per given requisition.

Availability & Monitoring of In process Inspection ( FPIR) of Components as per Process Plan by Operator.

Responsible for making Correction as informed by QA Engineer during In process Inspection Daily Monitoring of Production Plan Vs Actual for Each machine & review of Gap Analysis with Shop Incharge.

Ensure the incoming & outgoing Material with proper Updation of data on Route Card.

Ensure that All Operator are Working As per Process Plan & Work Instruction.

Ensure proper handling storage & Preservation of the parts during each stage of production Give training to operators As per training plan & to New Operator.

Update operator observation Sheet As per plan. Raise Tool requisition slip for required tooling for next Shift & confirm availability of the same before next shift start.

Monitoring & Review of Tool Life Monitoring Sheet as per Defined Tool life & Change Frequency. Monitoring & control of Process as per Process plan on each work center, closure of Nonconformity with time bond frame as per discussion in PSS meeting.

Updation of Daily 4M Change & Maintained Record with all supporting documents .

Responsible for Updation of Daily Production report with proper reasons in Excel Sheet.

Responsible for Immediate Communicating Internal & external complaints to operators & Sustenance of Decided Actions. .
