Machine Learning Engineer

About this role

We are looking for a Machine Learning (ML) Software Engineer to help us create AI enabled healthcare products. You will help build our AI development and production infrastructure and set our technical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage our AI development and production infrastructure on AWS.
• Build data ingest and data transformation pipelines for high volume ECG data.
• Build software to manage AI experiments - datasets, models, pipelines, visualization & analysis.
• Work with AI scientists to deploy AI models into production.
• Create and deploy software to monitor model performance - metrics, visualization, etc.
• Prototype and make recommendations on use of new MLOps & software packages.
• Work with Data scientists to help speed up and reduce cost of cloud deployments.
• Optimize the pipelines on AWS as needed - use of Spark, Lambda, Fargate, and other services to ensure solutions run fast and within budget.

Skills :

• strong software engineering skills, fluent in python and AI/ML deployments.
• Experience working with Pytorch, Keras/Tensorflow, AWS services & GPUs.
• Familiarity with multimodal LLM & GENAI developments
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with AI modeling scientists, domain experts & software engineers.
• Experience working with ML software such as MLFlow, Spark, WandB, etc is highly desired.
• Experience working on improving computational performance of data processing pipelines is

preferred.

• Basic knowledge of the end-to-end AI model building, validating, deployment & update process is essential.
• Strong communication skill is essential.
• Strong interest in working in AI for Healthcare.
• Experience working on models for sensor or time series data is preferred.
• Knowledge of ECG is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD Engineering Degree in Computer science, Electrical ENgineering,

Biomedical engineering, physics or related area

• 4+ years
