Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with Python and solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with Odoo development, including creating custom modules and managing integrations.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and writing optimized database queries.
• Familiarity with Odoo's core concepts: models, views, controllers, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, including the MVC framework.
• Experience with Odoo's API and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development, with at least 2 years working with Odoo.
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community editions.
• Previous experience in implementing Odoo solutions for different business domains (Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Experience with Odoo.sh or deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of Odoo's security features and the ability to implement robust security protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
• Odoo certifications (e.g., Odoo Certified Developer) are a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience in Python development and Odoo ERP.
