Role & responsibilities :

Intune Configuration and Deployment

• Configure and deploy mobile device applications and policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage mobile device lifecycles, including onboarding, configuration, monitoring, and decommissioning.
• Oversee Windows Autopilot setup for device provisioning and deployment.

Security and Compliance Management

• Implement security policies, including device encryption, compliance policies, and Entra-ID conditional access.
• Ensure mobile devices meet security and compliance standards.
• Monitor device health and enforce security requirements to safeguard corporate data.

Device Management and Support

• Provide end-user support for mobile devices and applications, resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Set up privilege account management for self-service application installations.
• Manage enrolments, profile configurations, and policy enforcement across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.

Application Management

• Deploy and manage applications through Intune, including line-of-business (LOB) and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Configure app protection policies for data security and user access control.
• Manage app updates, patches, and lifecycles within Intune.

Integration and Collaboration

• Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Endpoint Manager, and other Microsoft services.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement mobile threat defence solutions.
• Support the integration of Microsoft Intune with other enterprise mobility solutions.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor device and application status through Intune dashboards and reporting tools.
• Generate compliance, app deployment, and policy enforcement reports for audits and management.
• Analyse usage data and logs to identify trends, optimize configurations, and troubleshoot performance issues.

Automation and Scripting

• Leverage PowerShell and automation tools for operational efficiency.
• Develop scripts to automate device management, compliance checks, and reporting processes.
• Set up self-service company portals for device and app installations.

Experience and skills Required :

Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for mobile device and application management.
• Strong experience with Windows, iOS, and Android device management.
• Expertise with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Azure AD Join.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with security practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for resolving complex device and compliance issues.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring device health and optimizing configurations.

Communication Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation and deliver training on device management best practices.
