Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Coordinate with the factory team and procurement team for stock replenishment.

Track expiry dates, batch numbers, and product shelf life where applicable.

Manage stock transfers between locations, if required.

Ensure that all SKUs with the required subproducts are accurately listed on the platform for multiple locations.

Regularly check the catalogue to update availability and specifications.

Discontinue or remove inactive, out-of-stock, or obsolete products from the catalogue.

Update product prices as per pricing strategies, promotions, or market changes.

Ensure consistency in pricing across all digital platforms and sales channels.

Work closely with the factory manager/Assistant Manager for pricing approvals.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports on stock levels, movements, and variances.

Maintain pricing reports and update records of past price changes.

Report slow-moving or obsolete inventory to the factory team and suggest liquidation plans.

Update homepage sliders, promotional banners, and pop-ups as per campaign schedules.

Coordinate with the campaign team to align website visuals with promotions and offers.
