Job Description
- Overall experience of 2 to 4 years into Fraud Operations exposure supporting US banking or US FinTech clients
- Responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing cash transactions that are flagged for various risk signals
- Able to determine whether or not the transaction should be approved, failed, or escalated for further review
- Good understanding with various different risk factors of the payment rail (ACH, Cheque, or Wire) when making a decision
- Responsible to conduct an account fraud review. This means reviewing the account for any fraud or risk signals
- Responsible to determine if the account has enough risk signals to escalate to the internal team for adverse action
- Strong understanding of US payment rails (ACH, Cheque, Wires)
- Previous experience on a fraud campaign that focussed on Cash transaction monitoring
- Also experience in determining accounts that displayed fraud signals and ability to perform adverse action
- Experience working with corporate customers and understanding of their spending pattern
- Experience working with global companies
- Ability to make clear judgment calls on a fraud scenario and able to provide evidence to supplement their findings
- Good in written and verbal communication
- Good grasping ability and Attention to detail
- Good Analytical Skills and Logical Reasoning
- Fundamental understanding of MS Office tools
- Should be flexible for 24X7 and US shifts
- Should be ready for WFO
