Job Description

• Scrutiny of export documents w.r.t. to RBI / EDPMS compliances and resolutions with co-ordination of logistics department.
• Lodgment of export documents with banks and resolution to the queries raised by the banks with compliance of RBI/FEMA guidelines.
• Scrutiny of LC drafts, provide suggestions (if required), scrutiny of export documents w.r.t. to UCP 600/ISBP and resolution to the queries
• Tracking the ageing of advances, initiating the action based on the ageing of advances against exports with banks as well as within internal stakeholders.
• Issuance of GR Waiver Certificate/ GR Approval Certificate / NRC (No Remittance Certificate) as per RBI/FEMA guidelines, Co-ordinating with banks and logistics department, maintaining records of such GR records
• Provide Disposal instruction against foreign inward receipts and ensuring the credit as per compliances
• Bill knock off on EDPMS server /Periodic Export Bill write off /Invoice Reduction of the bills/due date tenor extension against which payment has not been received to avoid fall in caution list of RBI
• Export realisation file preparation for Bank Realization Certificate(BRC) & liasoning with respective banks and Logistic dept to resolve BRC related queries
• Co-ordination with ECGC/other agencies for various purposes/compliances.
• Preparation of various MIS reports pertaining to Forex/exports for circulation to senior management.
• Arranging Packing Credit in Foreign Currencies (PCFCs), Negotiations with banks for PCFCs and liquidation of PCFCs
• Booking fx rates / forward contracts /derivative contracts, submission of required documents, maintaining records, utilization of fx contracts
