Role: Product Owner

Experience - 4-7 years 

Domain  - Derivatives Industry

• Working closely with our customers, industry experts - SMEs, product managers, and engineers to understand the business processes at a detailed level. 
• Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and team members. 
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing processes, identify pain points, and recommend effective solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. 
• Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon. 
• Participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, testing logistics, test execution, and status reporting. 
• Research and analyze client requirements and develop effective solutions to address them. 
• Documentation - BRS, SRS, FSD, Prototypes-Figma • Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and user scenarios to describe product requirements for the engineering team. 
• Should be flexible in handling any Domains/modules 
• Have experience in planning/running workshops for requirement discovery, requirement elicitation and as-is state due diligence. 
• Provide user training on new features and functionality. 
• Prioritize product backlog based on their business value, estimate the efforts required, and communicate to the team. 
• Proven track record of managing complex projects. 
• Able to identify Technical and Application dependencies and communicate to the business in a timely manner. 
• Work Closely with Product Owners. 
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum framework good to have. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
