Customer Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints, queries, and issues related to control valves manufactured by our company.
  
• Provide after sales support to customers through phone calls, emails, or site visits.
  
• Handle warranty claims and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in post-sales service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the manufacturing industry (control valves).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex customer interactions effectively.
