Urgent Hiring For MIS/Payroll Executive -Kolkata Location

We are seeking a dedicated MIS Executive / Payroll Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain MIS reports for management insights.
- Update reports on employee performance, payroll, attendance, and key metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy in reports and presentations.
- Manage end-to-end payroll following company policies and regulations.
- Maintain payroll records, including tax filings and benefits.
- Update employee records accurately.
- Support in automating and optimizing payroll processes.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources preferred.

Preferred Experience:
- 2-5 years in MIS reporting, payroll processing, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and payroll software like Tally or SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
