Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaison & Coordination:
- Act as a key point of contact with BMTC, TML, external agencies, and workshops.
- Ensure smooth coordination for fleet operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Administration & Reporting:
- Oversee administrative functions related to fleet management.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance, expenses, and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to government regulations and statutory requirements related to fleet operations.
- Maintain updated records for audits and inspections.
- Process Implementation & Sustenance:
- Implement and sustain all operational processes to optimize fleet efficiency.
- Standardize procedures for vehicle deployment, maintenance, and driver management.
- Driver Management & Outshedding:
- Ensure the availability of drivers and their timely deployment as per BMTC requirements.
- Monitor driver schedules, shift allocation, and duty compliance.
- Safety & Training:
- Ensure zero accidents through regular driver training and counseling sessions.
- Enforce safety protocols and road discipline.
- Performance Monitoring & Loss Minimization:
- Track and analyze daily kilometers driven, fuel efficiency, and vehicle utilization.
- Minimize kilometer losses by optimizing routes and addressing inefficiencies.

- Gender Preference: Male
- Experience: Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations preferred.
