About the role:

• Develop and support real-time market-data applications built using C++
• Design technical and functional solutions along with effective implementation, maintenance and client focus.

About the team:

• We bring award-winning, multi-asset-class trading, position keeping and market data solutions which primarily serve the Sell and Buy Side customers with front-to-back best-in-class solutions.
• Our market leader solutions include direct integration with multiple European exchanges and support top-tier investment banks in Europe.
• We also offer MiFID and FINRA compliance pre and post-trade reporting solutions which are tailored to specific requirements from customers.
• Expertise includes building highly scalable high-performance systems.

What you will be doing:

• Design technical and functional solutions along with effective implementation, maintenance and client-focus
• Designing and developing multithreaded, high-performance solutions in C++
• Engage with stakeholders for requirement understanding.
• Define and Drive the Ii Architecture
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and automated unit testing.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Effective client communication and participation in customer demo.

What you will need:

• Bachelor s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 6 to 8 yrs experience in C++.
• Proficient in STL and Multithreaded applications
• Working knowledge of SQL

• Strong understanding of Design patters
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Knack for writing clean, readable C++ code
• Some python experience would be beneficial.
• Understanding fundamentals of capital markets.
• Fluency in English required to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
• Excellent communicator - ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Organized approach - manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
• Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
