Job Title: Customer Support Representative (International Voice Process & Chat Process)

Location: [Bangalore ]

Job Type: Full-time


Role and Responsibilities:


Voice Process:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with international customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, provide product or service information, and guide through technical troubleshooting.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to queries.
  • Escalation Handling: In case of complex issues, escalate the query to appropriate departments.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed performance targets related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality.

Chat Process:

  • Chat Support: Handle customer queries through live chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Issue Identification: Understand the customers concern, guide them through solutions, or escalate to the appropriate department if needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product and service knowledge to provide relevant solutions.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive customer experience through chat support.

Key Skills Required:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (for international voice/chat support).
  • Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer satisfaction with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role (voice/chat process).
  • Experience in international call center processes will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in different shifts (24/7 operations).
  • Basic technical knowledge related to troubleshooting.
