Job opportunity for Quality Engineer

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Location: Urse, Pune

Role & responsibilities

• Independent handling and testing of all types of raw materials tests as per relevant IS/IEC/BS standards, required in LT and HT grade power cables.
• Independent handling and testing of all electrical and physical type tests as per relevant IS/IEC/BS standards, required in all types of power cables.
• Independent handling of all types of acceptance tests during customer inspections of LT and HT grade power cables.
• Independent handling and testing of special tests required for FR-LSH, FR and LSZH categories of cables including smoke density and vertical flame spread test on vertically mounted bunched cables.
• Complete awareness about calibration process and calibration criteria of all types of lab testing instruments and maintaining calibration history records.
• Complete knowledge of about power cables in-process/manufacturing test parameters and lab testing.
• Handling of QMS process and maintaining QMS records.
• Awareness of SAP system handling process related to all type of purchase requisitions and cables releasing work.
