Position Title - Senior Executive / AM / DM - Talent Acquisition in Human Resources
Employment - Full Time - 6 Days working, Weekly Off Sunday
Role Bifurcation - 80% Recruitment, 20% Operations (IC Role)
Location Hauz Khas, Delhi (H.O)

Job brief
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our recruitment life cycle. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, professional networks and cold calling whenever required)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, through available data sources.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Drive Campus hiring - On & Off, End to end coordination and closure.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Prepare and flash Recruitment Dashboards and MIS on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

• Must have an MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Recruitment

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with different social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process of Campus hiring, leadership hiring and other Non IT external or rehiring.
• Knowledge of recruitment and hiring tools.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
