- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and processes.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
