Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues and concerns.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' needs, and offering solutions promptly.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues that require further assistance.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/call center).
  
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internet navigation.
