Software Training Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Hands-on Learning & Expertise Development

• Gain in-depth knowledge of Revit, AI-powered design tools, Dynamo, Enscape, ElumTools, Lumion, and other relevant software.
• Research and stay updated on emerging architectural and visualization technologies.
• Develop practical workflows that integrate these tools into our design processes.

2. Internal Training & Team Development

• Conduct regular training sessions for architects and designers to enhance software proficiency.
• Develop structured learning modules, including hands-on workshops and real-world applications.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and troubleshoot challenges faced by team members.

3. Coordination of External Training

• Identify and engage specialized trainers for advanced topics.
• Ensure alignment between training content and project needs.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive learning sessions.

4. Continuous Learning & Support

• Monitor individual and team progress through assessments, feedback, and real-time project implementation.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new software.
• Recommend customized learning paths for employees based on their roles and expertise levels.

5. Strategic Training Implementation

• Develop a training roadmap aligned with office projects and industry advancements.
• Research and implement AI-driven solutions in design workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate software solutions into everyday work.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: B.Arch, M.Arch, or related field in Design & Technology.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in architecture, interior design, or computational design.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Revit, AI-powered design tools, and visualization software.
• Training Experience: Prior experience in mentoring, training, or leading software workshops is a plus.
• Project Integration: Ability to align software training with real-world project execution.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
