Job Description
- Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance user experience.
- Facilitate the clientproduct vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups for digital products.
- Design and deliver storyboards, user flows, user stories, user journeys, process flows, and sitemaps optimized for various devices and interfaces.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, clients, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the productdirection, visuals, and experience.
- Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate designs, and gather feedback from users and teams.
- Present and explain design decisions and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Organize and refine resources, ensuring project improvements.
- Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring consistency in design and communication.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new features.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
