We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented InDesign Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Layout Design Principles, Pagination and extensive experience in creating high-quality print and digital publications using Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design: Design and create visually appealing and engaging layouts for various print and digital publications. Ensure consistency in design across all publications
2. Image Handling: Prepare and optimize images for print and digital media. Manage image libraries and ensure proper image usage and licensing.
3. Typesetting: Set type and format text, ensuring readability, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Work with different fonts and styles to enhance the visual appeal of the publication.
4. Proofreading and Quality Control: Meticulously proofread all documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
   Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
5. Pre-press Preparation: Prepare files for printing, including color correction and file format conversion.

Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, MathType, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator.
2. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and find innovative solutions.
3. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Industry Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in similar role.
2. Prior experience in Edtech or publishing preferred.
