Job Description


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, as well as providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job description

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Understand client needs and pain points, positioning appropriate solutions and services to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Pro-actively contribute to the formulation and direction of the retail strategy and implement projects and trials for the area.
  • Open New suitable retail stores for better revenue generation & handling these all activities.
  • Support the management of customer service activities and staff competence so as to optimise and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage the P&L within allocated budget in order to affect a profitable performance for the area.
  • Ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.
  • Liaise with the Buying and Merchandising teams regarding the supply of stock in the Area to maximise stock potential.
  • Identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.
  • Achieve successful company results through the development and training of managers.
  • Ensure that the visual presentation of all stores represents the brand image.
  • Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns

Initiate co-branding campaign with leading brands and increase awareness
