- We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Key Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with major automotive customers.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, contract negotiations, stakeholder management, and customer satisfaction.
- This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities.
- Customer & Business Relationship Management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships to drive business growth.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Sales & Business Development.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement closures with key automotive clients.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
- Stakeholder & Internal Coordination - Work closely with engineering, supply chain, production, and finance teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Drive internal teams to meet response deadlines and deliverables.
