- Regularly verifying data for errors or inconsistencies and rectifying them promptly

- Excel Proficiency: Utilizing Excel for various data-related tasks such as calculation, analysis, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of formulas and functions in Excel is required
- Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in computer science or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry roles, preferably within the jewelry industry or a related field
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
