Job Description
- Customer invoicing for AMC services, ensuring timely payments through effective follow-up.
- Process service dealer invoices, resolve claims-related queries, and maintain accurate records
- Facilitate account reconciliations with both customers and service dealers, with issuance and collection of NDC.
- Prepare and circulate MIS and trackers as needed, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Possess working knowledge of SAP and MS-Excel for invoicing and reporting processes.
- Must have a basic understanding of GST and TDS for compliance in financial transactions.
- Visit customer and service dealer points as and when required to address any concerns related to commercial activities.
